Casper is designed around practical core shed workflows and is available in multiple sizes and configurations to suit different sites and tray formats.

Casper is designed and made in Australia, with components manufactured through CoreSafe's own 3D print farm.

That gives us the flexibility to keep improving the system and to develop custom accessories for unique site setups.

The optional Casper Lighting Kit gives you greater control over changing core shed conditions, helping deliver clear, consistent images throughout the day.

Adjustable LED panels let you control brightness and colour temperature to help minimise reflections, shadows and exposure variations — creating more consistent lighting for reliable colour comparison and downstream image analysis.

Optional accessories are available separately to adapt Casper to different working environments.

Available accessories include the Casper Lighting Kit, adjustable feet to replace wheels, and guided wheels to help keep Casper tracking safely along a bench or roller table. We can also design custom accessories for unique site setups thanks to our in-house 3D print farm.

Every core shed is different, and Casper can be configured to suit a wide range of core photography workflows, bench setups, and roller table environments.

Beyond our standard 1m or 2ft core tray/box sizes, we also offer custom-built Casper solutions for non-standard benches, racking, and core tray lengths. As these are a premium service and subject to practical design limits, all custom builds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Create quality photos to enable you to make the most of imaging analysis services. There are multiple services out there, providing various levels of filing and analysis capability. Their results are limited by the quality of photograph you submit.
